Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By enrolling in the She Leads Academy Coach Certification ("the Program"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Participant") and She Leads Academy ("we", "our", or "us").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not enrol in the Program.
2. Eligibility
The Program is intended for individuals aged 18 years or over. By enrolling, you confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.
You agree to notify She Leads Academy of any changes to your contact details during the duration of the Program.
3. Enrolment
Your place in the Program is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed or an approved payment plan has been established.
She Leads Academy reserves the right to decline or cancel any enrolment at its discretion. Where an enrolment is cancelled by She Leads Academy prior to commencement of the Program, any payments made will be refunded in full.
4. Fees and Payment
All Program fees are stated in the applicable sales materials and are payable in the currency specified at the time of purchase.
By enrolling, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected payment option.
All prices are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as stated at the point of purchase.
5. Payment Plans
Where a payment plan is offered, the Participant agrees to make all scheduled payments in full and on time.
A payment plan is provided as a convenience and does not reduce the Participant's obligation to pay the full Program fee.
Failure to make a scheduled payment may result in any or all of the following actions:

Immediate suspension of access to the online learning platform and Program resources.

Removal from live training sessions, coaching calls and community groups.

Suspension of assignment marking and assessment.
-
Withholding of certification until all outstanding amounts have been paid in full.

Suspension or termination of ongoing support provided through the Program.
If a payment remains outstanding for more than fourteen (14) days after its due date, She Leads Academy reserves the right to cancel the Participant's enrolment and recover any outstanding balance through a debt recovery agency or other lawful means. The Participant agrees to be responsible for any reasonable recovery costs incurred in collecting overdue amounts where permitted by law.
Missed or late payments do not release the Participant from their obligation to pay the remaining balance of the Program.
6. Refund Policy
Participants may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase date.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email within the seven-day period.
After the expiry of the seven-day refund period, all payments are final and non-refundable.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights available under applicable consumer protection legislation.
7. Program Delivery
She Leads Academy reserves the right to modify the Program where reasonably necessary, including changes to:

course content;
-
trainers or facilitators;
-
session dates or times;
-
delivery format;
-
learning platform; or
-
Program resources.
Such changes will not materially reduce the overall value of the Program.
8. Access to the Program
Participants are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the Program.
Access is provided solely to the registered Participant.
Participants must not:

share login credentials;
-
allow another person to access the Program;
-
reproduce, copy or distribute Program materials;
-
record live sessions without written permission; or
-
upload Program content to any public or private platform.
Unauthorised sharing of Program materials may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may result in legal action.
9. Intellectual Property
All Program content, including but not limited to training materials, manuals, videos, presentations, worksheets, templates, assessments, coaching frameworks, branding, graphics and methodologies, remains the exclusive intellectual property of She Leads Academy unless otherwise stated.
No part of the Program may be copied, reproduced, adapted, published, sold, licensed, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Participants may use the materials only for their own learning and coaching practice following certification.
10. Certification
Certification is awarded only where the Participant has successfully completed all Program requirements as determined by She Leads Academy.
These requirements may include attendance, assessments, practical coaching demonstrations, written assignments, examinations and competency evaluations.
She Leads Academy reserves the right to determine whether the required standard has been achieved.
Completion of the Program does not guarantee employment, business success, client acquisition, income generation or professional recognition by any external organisation.
11. Use of Certification
Upon successful completion of the Program, graduates may identify themselves as a "She Leads Academy Certified Coach."
Participants must not imply that they represent, are employed by, or are authorised to speak on behalf of She Leads Academy unless expressly authorised in writing.
Certification may be suspended or revoked where a graduate:

breaches these Terms;

engages in unethical or unlawful conduct;

misrepresents their qualifications;

damages the reputation of She Leads Academy; or
-
uses the certification or branding in a misleading manner.
12. Code of Conduct
Participants agree to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the Program.
Bullying, harassment, discrimination, abusive language, intimidation, disruptive behaviour or any conduct that negatively impacts the learning experience of others will not be tolerated.
She Leads Academy reserves the right to remove any Participant from the Program without refund where their behaviour is considered inappropriate or harmful.
13. Confidentiality
Participants acknowledge that confidential and personal information may be shared during coaching demonstrations, discussions and group sessions.
Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by fellow Participants and not disclose such information without the individual's express consent.
This obligation continues after completion of the Program.
14. Technology Requirements
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have suitable devices, internet access and software required to participate.
She Leads Academy is not responsible for interruptions caused by the Participant's equipment, internet connection or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
15. Disclaimer
The Program is provided for educational and professional development purposes only.
While every effort is made to provide high-quality training, She Leads Academy makes no guarantees regarding specific results, income, business growth, client numbers or career outcomes.
Individual success depends upon many factors beyond our control, including individual effort, experience, market conditions and implementation.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, She Leads Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from participation in the Program.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Program shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Participant for the Program.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
17. Force Majeure
She Leads Academy shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, internet outages, power failures or other unforeseen events.
18. Privacy
Personal information collected during enrolment and participation will be processed in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and used solely for the administration and delivery of the Program, certification, communications and related services.
19. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which She Leads Academy operates.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
20. Amendments
She Leads Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of enrolment will apply to each Participant.
